Secrets are the things that weave us together and tear us apart all at the same time. No matter how distance the lie makes us that we had to cover the secret up with, we are still connected by the secret. Secrets have a way of making us come together. When there is more than one person who knows the secret, you have to lie for them to save yourself. The person you hate most can soon become the person you spend the most time with. With secrets, there are always lies attached. You can't have a secret without spitting out a web of lies to cover it up.
