Don't ask; don't tell...

There are often questions that we don't dare ask because we are horribly afraid of the answer. Sometimes it's questions we have for others, but sometimes it's questions we have for ourselves. When it's questions we have for ourselves, we don't dare look inside ourselves. We know that if we do, we will no longer be able to ignore the answer we already know. In fact, most of the questions we are too afraid to ask are the ones we already know the answer to.
