It is perfectly ok not to be ok. It's alright to cry and feel bad and be sad as long as you keep it under control. "Everybody Hurts Some Days" -Avril Lavigne. That is so true everyone does. And it is also ok to get the help you need. I know it isn't easy and heck I won't lie I haven't done it, but I should have. It would have helped a lot, but I was too proud and stupid. Get help for yourself if you need. It's ok.
