Unhappiness

People try to blame their unhappiness on everyone but who is really responsible. You might think you're unhappy because you spilled your coffee on your favorite shirt, or that you don't have as much money as you would like, or that your whole world is falling apart, but none of this has anything to do with your unhappiness. Only you can choose if you want to be happy or not. And you think of course I want to be happy, but that is a choice that you must live by in order for it to actually work.
