First Impressions

Most people put on a show for the first time they meet someone. Why do we choose to put on this show for the first impression, if they are scared off by us being ourselves from the beginning, are they really worth having in our lives? Do you want them to like you for you or the person you pretend to be? Is it worth getting to know someone if you cannot be yourself around them? If you really and truly think about it it isn't nor will it ever be, because being you and loving yourself for it is one of  the best things you can ever do. Don't hide behind walls to get someone to like you. Be you always even if it the first time you meet, the only time you will ever see them, or if you spend every day with them. Don't let the world drown you out. You have an opinion, a voice, and your own mind think for yourself, no matter who is around or watching you.
